A PRIORITY: HYGIENE

The high standards of hygiene, quality and traceability imposed by our European health approval are a guarantee of safety.

It applies from the moment goods are received, and is involved throughout the production chain, right up to delivery on D-day: receipt and inspection of goods, cleaning, storage, handling, processing, packaging, transport…

Each of these stages follows closely supervised procedures, based on a sanitary control plan that complies with HACCP standards.
